The Profile We Are Looking For
We are not looking for Junior profiles. Our clients trust Nubyron to solve critical scale, security, and audit problems in their Seed and Series A phases. This is what we demand to enter our network of collaborators:
-**Real Seniority:**At least 5 years of verifiable experience leading Cloud-Native infrastructures (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
-**IaC Mastery:**You breathe Terraform (or OpenTofu). You understand the management of shared states, modules, and Zero-Downtime deployments.
-**Consultative Mindset:**You are not an “order-taker”. You are capable of sitting down with a CTO, auditing their chaos, telling them (with technical assertiveness) what they are doing wrong, and proposing a clear solution roadmap.
-**Legal Status:**You must be an independent professional (freelance) or have a legally constituted commercial company, preferably in Europe or Latin America.
