01 — The Objective

We are looking for a Business Development Consultant (Hunter) specializing in B2B technology services. Your goal is to open doors in large accounts and manage the complex consultative sales cycle, selling solutions, not just hours.

02 — Your Impact
  • 01Strategic prospecting of potential clients (Outbound Sales & Networking).
  • 02Lead qualification and discovery meetings with CTOs/CIOs.
  • 03Preparation and defense of high-value commercial proposals.
  • 04Negotiation of contract terms and closing deals.
03 — Requirements
  • Proven track record selling Software Factory, Staff Augmentation, or Consulting.
  • Existing portfolio or active network in Europe/USA is a major plus.
  • Understanding of the Enterprise sales cycle.
  • Impeccable Business English (C1/C2).
