We work remotely from Spain. Scope, hours, access, data handling and responsibilities are agreed before work starts.
Access
We prefer client-owned accounts, repositories and tools with revocable and auditable permissions.
Hours and support
Normal coverage is agreed with the client. On-call, SLAs or 24/7 coverage only exist when explicitly contracted.
Data and providers
Cloud provider, regions, subprocessors and privacy requirements are reviewed per engagement.
