Pipeline Automation (CI/CD)
We build automated paths that compile, test, and release your code without unnecessary human intervention, ensuring repeatable deployments.
DevOps as a Service
Need senior DevOps capacity without building a complete internal platform team? We work alongside your team to resolve and operate a defined cloud, CI/CD, Kubernetes and automation backlog, with agreed scope and responsibilities.

When it is usually needed
Deploying to production is a manual, stressful event (the dreaded "deployment Friday").
Creating new test environments takes days and requires operations intervention.
Nobody knows exactly how a server is configured ("it works on my machine").
Developers lack autonomy and depend on sysadmins to move forward.
Basic bugs and security flaws are caught in production, not in the pipeline.
You lack internal talent to modernise the lifecycle and aren't ready for a full-time DevOps hire.
What we do
We build automated paths that compile, test, and release your code without unnecessary human intervention, ensuring repeatable deployments.
We bring manual configuration into Terraform, OpenTofu or Ansible where it adds control, with reviewable changes and reproducible environments.
We grant developers autonomy (Self-Service) by building tools so they can test changes without relying on a sysadmin.
Scope
Automated workflows in GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar for testing and deployment.
Terraform code to provision networks, databases, and compute predictably.
We make Staging and Production as consistent and reproducible as practical through automation and IaC.
Implementation of Blue/Green, Canary or Rolling strategies to reduce deployment risk and impact.
Automated scanning for vulnerabilities and secrets in code before deployment (Shift-Left).
Centralised configuration and secrets with named, traceable access.
We work in agreed accounts and repositories, record decisions and maintain runbooks so platform knowledge remains with the client.

How we work
We map how code currently travels from IDE to Production and identify manual bottlenecks.
We define 1-3 month technical goals, broken down into weekly tasks executed without disrupting your product roadmap.
We implement IaC and pipelines, integrating tightly into your version control and agile boards.
We don't create dependencies; we train your developers to understand and use the new flows.

FAQ
We work as a natural technical extension. We are not disconnected support; we join your ceremonies if needed, use your Jira/Linear, and share your Slack/Teams environment.
We require access to the Cloud provider (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP or OCI) with infrastructure permissions, source code repositories, and the CI/CD platform. We operate under strict least-privilege and auditing principles.
Onboarding time depends on platform complexity and access availability. We start with an initial review and agree what can be safely taken on during the first few weeks.
In projects with manual deployments, the work usually focuses on removing repetitive steps, introducing IaC and building reproducible pipelines. The expected result is less time, fewer errors and less dependence on manual knowledge; the concrete improvement depends on the starting point.
The service uses a monthly retainer based on capacity dedicated to the agreed technical backlog. A focused project or additional capacity is scoped and approved separately before work begins. We do not publish a universal figure because the required capacity depends on platform complexity, criticality and scope.
The service does not include product feature development, responsibility for systems outside the agreed scope or 24/7 on-call coverage. Out-of-hours support, a separate project or ownership of additional systems must be defined and agreed before being added.
You don't need to know which service fits best. Tell us what you need to solve and we will see where to start.
