Nubyron corporate profile and media resources: ENISA startup recognition, leadership team, technology services and press contact details.
Who we are
Nubyron is the commercial brand of Quevedo Tech Group S.L., an engineering and technology consulting firm recognised by ENISA as a startup / emerging company. Headquartered in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain, Nubyron specialises in cloud architecture, DevOps, Kubernetes platforms, SRE, security, and cost optimisation (FinOps).
The company is recognised by ENISA (Empresa Nacional de Innovación, S.A.) as an emerging company under the Spanish Startup Act (Law 28/2022 for the promotion of the emerging enterprise ecosystem).
Founded by David González, Nubyron was built on a straightforward conviction: technical consulting must always act in the client’s real interest. This requires technical judgement, code sovereignty within client accounts and repositories, no forced vendor lock-in, and documented deliverables that internal teams can operate once the engagement ends.
ENISA recognition as an emerging company
Quevedo Tech Group S.L. (Nubyron) is recognised by ENISA as an Emerging Enterprise (Startup).
Leadership
David González — Founder and CEO. He has designed and built cloud architecture on AWS for several well-known startups and managed systems for others. He founded Nubyron with the vision of building a firm where technical judgement and professional honesty come before project volume. He leads the strategic direction of the company.
Leafar Maina — CTO. Over twenty years of experience in IT infrastructure. Responsible for technical direction and engineering standards, with a focus on cloud architecture, Kubernetes and observability.
Fernando Moreno — Commercial Director. Responsible for relationships with clients and consultancies and for the scope of each proposal.
Areas of specialisation
Cloud & multi-cloud architecture: design, auditing, and modernization of infrastructure across AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure. Multi-account landing zones, network governance, and reviews against the Well-Architected Framework.
DevOps & Infrastructure as Code (IaC): automation with Terraform and OpenTofu, modern CI/CD pipelines via GitHub Actions and GitLab CI, ephemeral environments per Pull Request, and progressive release strategies.
Kubernetes platforms & GitOps: production cluster design, hardening, and GitOps workflows using ArgoCD, Helm, and Cilium (eBPF). Reliable provisioning and intelligent autoscaling.
Continuous observability & SRE: full-stack telemetry with OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, and Tempo. SLI/SLO definition, structured incident management, and actionable operational runbooks.
FinOps & cloud cost optimisation: cloud billing diagnosis, zombie resource termination, analytical rightsizing, and strategic procurement of Savings Plans and Reserved Instances.
Cloud security: reviews against CIS Benchmarks, secrets management and vulnerability scanning in CI/CD.
Engagement model
Nubyron operates under tailored engagement models suited to varying operational and business contexts:
Fixed-scope single project: for focused cloud or Kubernetes migrations, comprehensive technical audits, or modernization initiatives with defined deliverables, verified milestones, and fixed delivery timelines.
Monthly recurring collaboration: a monthly fee with included hours, with schedule and rules agreed in writing in the proposal.
Across every model, all code, infrastructure definitions, and operational documentation belong exclusively to the client, so that the client keeps technical sovereignty with no forced proprietary lock-ins.
Technical culture and values
Nubyron operates on an uncompromising premise: technical judgement must serve the client, not artificial contract extension. When a simpler approach solves the problem, we refuse unnecessary complexity; when an opportunity is not the right fit, we state it transparently.
Documentation is a deliverable in every engagement: architecture diagrams, incident-resolution runbooks and knowledge transfer sessions so that the client’s team gains autonomy.
