Kubernetes platforms for teams
We design the Kubernetes platforms several teams use to deploy, with access and per-team cost defined up front, and hand them over to your team.
Closed price in writing before starting, after a scoping call.
- In your accountsWe work with access that you create and control.
- Scope in writingYou know what is and is not included before we start.
- Everything documentedWhen we finish, the knowledge stays with your team.
01 · When it fits
Does any of this sound familiar?
Each team deploys its own way and environments differ from one another.
Test environments stay on out of hours.
Nobody is sure what each team consumes.
The platform depends on one or two people who “know how it works”.
It fits especially if…
- Several teams share or will share Kubernetes and want a common deployment path
- You want to know what each team consumes and stop test environments staying on for no reason
02 · What you receive
What we deliver
This is what you receive with “Kubernetes platforms for teams”:
Architecture and decision document (ADRs) for EKS, AKS, GKE or OKE (Oracle Kubernetes Engine): environments, per-team isolation, security and minimal observability
Reference code (IaC) and a pipeline template with pull-request deployment (GitOps), in a test environment of yours
Onboarding guide for teams joining the platform
Cost model with explicit assumptions and tagging to allocate spend per team
What is not included
- Running the platform: your team runs it, with no on-call cover or SLA
- Migrating applications onto the platform (a different service)
03 · How we work
How we work, step by step
We understand your teams
We see how each team deploys today and what the platform needs.
We design
Architecture and decisions (ADRs): environments, isolation, access and per-team cost.
We test
Reference code and pipeline in a test environment of yours.
We hand over
We document and explain the design to the people who will maintain the platform. The service ends there.

Frequently asked questions
Do you run the platform afterwards?
No. This is a design and handover service: your team runs the platform, with no on-call cover or SLA. Any later support is agreed separately and in writing, during agreed hours.
What is a Kubernetes platform for teams?
A shared base where teams deploy through a common path, with isolation, security and per-team cost defined in advance.
Do we need Kubernetes?
Not always. With few applications a simpler managed service is enough. If it does not pay off, we tell you.
Shall we talk about Kubernetes platforms for teams?
A first 30-minute conversation with a technical member of the team: we review your context, assess whether we can help and agree the next step. You do not need to prepare anything.
