A read-only role that you create, limited to billing, usage and configuration, revocable whenever you like. We do not ask you for access keys or passwords. With that role we cannot modify resources. We agree the exact permissions with you before we start.

Frequently asked questions
What access do you need?
A read-only role that you create, limited to billing, usage and configuration, revocable whenever you like. We do not ask you for access keys or passwords. With that role we cannot modify resources. We agree the exact permissions with you before we start.
What data do you see?
We design the access so that it does not read the contents of your databases or files. We see billing, usage and resource configuration. That configuration may include tags or names with personal data and environment variables; if there are secrets in there, we point it out and do not copy them into the report.
What happens to my data?
We do not extract the contents of your data. Billing and configuration data is processed only to produce the report, and the retention period is agreed in writing before we start.
What if there are no savings?
The room for savings may be small or none. In that case we put it in writing, with the reason. The review is fixed-price: the report is delivered and charged either way, because the analysis work is the same.
What happens next?
You decide. With the report and the 30-day plan you can apply the changes with your own team. If you would rather we implement them, we quote that separately.
