Cloud architecture

Infrastructure designed to be secure and stable, and to grow with your product without rebuilding it every year.

What was built quickly to reach the market often holds the product back as it grows: outages, painful deployments and unpredictable costs.

AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud and OCI. We work inside your accounts and agree the scope in writing before we start.

01 · The problem

Problems we solve

  • Everything lives in one account or one environment, and trying something new means touching production.
  • A failure in one component drags the others down because nothing is isolated.
  • The infrastructure was built by hand and nobody could rebuild it the same way if needed.
  • Every product improvement runs into technical limits nobody documented.

When it fits

  • Your product is growing and the current infrastructure is starting to limit it
  • You are launching something new and want to get it right from the start

02 · How we help

What we do and what you get

We design or modernise your architecture around how your business actually works, not from a template. We document each decision and the reason behind it, and define it as code so it is repeatable.

What you get

A foundation your team understands, can maintain and can extend through controlled changes.

  • Orderly growth: the design is intended to take on more users and more features without starting from scratch.
  • Controlled change: whatever is modified is recorded, tested and, where feasible, can be reversed.
  • Shared knowledge: decisions and their reasons are written down, not in one person's head.
  • Freedom of choice: the design takes into account how far you want to depend on one specific provider.

03 · Method

How we work, step by step

  1. Understanding the business. We talk about how people use your product, what cannot fail and where you are heading. We need access to someone who knows the product and, if one exists, read-only access to the current environment.
  2. Proposal and alternatives. We set out one or two options with their strengths, limits and upkeep costs, on AWS, Azure, Google Cloud or OCI as fits. You choose with the full picture.
  3. Documented design. We write up the design with diagrams and reasoned decisions, and define it as code. We review it with you before treating it as final.
  4. Handover to your team. We explain the design to your team and answer questions. If we agree it in writing, we also support the build.

04 · What you receive

Concrete deliverables

  • Architecture design with diagrams and reasoned decisions
  • Infrastructure defined as code (for example, with Terraform)
  • Proposal for separate environments (development, testing, production)
  • Handover documentation for your team

05 · Typical scenarios

Situations where we help

These are common scenarios, not Nubyron client cases.

  • From prototype to product

Typical scenario: a product that began as a quick test starts to have paying users and needs a sturdier foundation.

  • A new environment from scratch

Typical scenario: a team is about to launch a new service and wants to decide properly, from day one, how everything is organised.

  • More than one cloud

Typical scenario: a company uses one platform and must add another because of a customer or a specific need, and wants to do it in an orderly way.

06 · Platforms and technologies

On the provider you already use

“Cloud architecture” on the platform you already use or want to move to: the service answers what your business needs.

  • Amazon Web Services (AWS)
  • Microsoft Azure
  • Google Cloud
  • Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
  • Terraform
  • IaC

07 · For consultancies and tech teams

Specialist capacity for your projects

For consultancies and software factories, we design the architecture as technical reinforcement on a project, fitting into the way you work, as a work package with a written scope.

08 · FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do you only design, or also build?

Both are possible. We define it in the scope: design only, design and build, or supporting your team while it builds.

Can you work on what we already have?

Yes. We start from your current environment and propose phased evolution, not a mandatory rebuild.

What access do you need to our environment?

To design from what already exists, read-only access that you create. If we build, we agree it in writing, always in your accounts and with limited permissions.

How do you choose between AWS, Azure, Google Cloud and OCI?

By what you need: your team, your customers, your data and your budget. We show you the options and their trade-offs, and the decision is yours.

How is it commissioned, and what happens when it ends?

It is commissioned with a written scope. When it ends, you receive the design and the code, under the terms of use set out in the agreement, and your team can carry on alone or with our help in separate work.

What are you interested in?

Please use your company email.

Tell us about your environment and what you want to solve (at least 15 characters). With the FinOps audit you can leave it empty. Do not include credentials, third-party personal data or confidential client information.

Do not include passwords, access keys, tokens or credentials in this form. We never ask for them here. Read-only access is set up later, with your IT team.
