Cloud infrastructure review
Spot risks, wasted spend and improvements in your Cloud before they get expensive.
Over time, Cloud environments collect excess permissions, forgotten resources and decisions nobody remembers. There is rarely time to look at all of it calmly.
AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud and OCI. We work inside your accounts and agree the scope in writing before we start.
01 · The problem
Problems we solve
- Nobody knows for certain which Cloud accounts, subscriptions or projects exist, or who is responsible for each.
- There are users and keys belonging to people who have left the team, and nobody dares remove them.
- There are servers, disks or databases nobody recognises that are still switched on and being billed.
- It is unclear what would happen if one specific component failed, or whether backups exist that could actually be restored.
When it fits
- Nobody has reviewed your Cloud as a whole in a long time
- You are about to grow, switch provider or prepare for an external audit and want a reliable technical baseline (this is not an audit or a certification)
02 · How we help
What we do and what you get
We review your accounts in read-only mode and change nothing. We look at security, stability, cost and tidiness, and explain it with clear priorities. We agree the scope in writing before we start.
What you get
You know where you stand, what to fix first and what can wait, in a document your team can actually use.
- An honest picture: you see your environment as it stood on the day of the review, not as you remember leaving it.
- Clear priorities: you know what to fix this week and what can wait until next quarter.
- A common language: the report works equally well for the technical team and for whoever decides the budget.
- A documented starting point: you have a baseline to grow, switch provider or commission improvements with confidence.
03 · Method
How we work, step by step
- Scope in writing. We talk with you, agree which accounts and areas are reviewed and put it in writing. We need to know which providers you use and who your technical contact is.
- Read-only access. Your team creates read-only access in your own accounts, with the permissions we agree. We install nothing and change nothing.
- Analysis and cross-checking. We review security, stability, cost and tidiness. Anything unclear we check with you before treating it as fact.
- Report and walkthrough. We deliver the report and go through it with your team. When we finish, your team removes the access and it is recorded.
04 · What you receive
Concrete deliverables
- Written report with findings ranked by priority
- Security and availability risks identified
- Resources and spend that look unnecessary, for you to confirm
- Recommended action plan and a walkthrough session with your team
05 · Typical scenarios
Situations where we help
These are common scenarios, not Nubyron client cases.
An inherited environment
Typical scenario: a company inherits infrastructure built by another team and wants to know what it has before touching anything.
Before growing or switching
Typical scenario: a product is about to multiply its usage, or move provider, and needs to know whether the foundation will hold.
A customer's question
Typical scenario: a customer asks how the infrastructure is set up and the team wants to answer with facts rather than from memory.

Frequently asked questions
Do you need admin access?
Not to review. We ask for read-only permissions in your accounts and agree which ones in writing before we begin.
Do you also make the changes?
The review gives you recommendations. If you want us to implement them, we agree that as separate work with its own scope.
Can you review AWS, Azure, Google Cloud and OCI environments together?
Yes. We use the same approach across all four platforms and, if you run several, we give you a combined view with the differences that matter.
What happens to the access once you finish?
Your team removes it when the review closes. We always work in your accounts, with permissions you create and control, and we keep no permanent credentials.
How is it commissioned, and what happens after the report?
It is commissioned as a piece of work with a written scope. Afterwards you decide: apply the improvements yourselves, ask us to help with some, or do nothing further.
