Kubernetes, containers and DevOps

Automated deployments and more reliable container platforms for your product team.

Releasing changes is slow or risky, environments differ from one another, and the platform depends on one or two people who "know how it works".

AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud and OCI. We work inside your accounts and agree the scope in writing before we start.

01 · The problem

Problems we solve

  • A deployment takes hours, needs the same person every time and nobody wants to release on a Friday.
  • What works in development fails in production because each environment was set up in its own way.
  • You run Kubernetes or containers, but nobody dares upgrade the cluster or knows quite what is inside.
  • If the person who built the infrastructure leaves, the rest of the team would not know how to rebuild it.

When it fits

  • Your deployments are manual, slow or nerve-wracking
  • You want containers or Kubernetes but lack enough in-house experience

02 · How we help

What we do and what you get

We automate deployments, define infrastructure as code, and build or improve your container platform on the provider you use. We document everything so your team can own it.

What you get

Releasing with more confidence and less manual work, and a platform that does not rely on anyone's memory.

  • Releasing more often and more calmly: automated deployments cut manual work and human error.
  • Environments that match: development, testing and production are defined from the same code with Terraform, so they stay alike.
  • Less dependence on individuals: what we build lives in code and is documented, so your team can maintain it.
  • Fit with your cloud: we work with EKS, AKS, GKE and, depending on the case, OKE.

03 · Method

How we work, step by step

  1. Understanding how you release today. We review your flow from code to production and the points where time is lost or risk is taken. We need: read access to the repository and environment, and a session with whoever deploys.
  2. Deciding what to automate and with what. We propose a solution tailored to you, which may be Kubernetes, Docker on managed services or something simpler. We need: your priorities and your team's constraints.
  3. Building in your accounts. We build the CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure with Terraform and the container platform, starting in a test environment. We need: cloud and repository accounts with permissions agreed in writing.
  4. Handing over to your team. We document and run a handover session so your team can operate and evolve the platform. We need: the people who will maintain it to take part.

04 · What you receive

Concrete deliverables

  • Continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines in your repository
  • Infrastructure defined with Terraform
  • Managed Kubernetes clusters (EKS, AKS, GKE or OKE) or Docker containers on managed services, as appropriate
  • Documentation and a handover session for your team

05 · Typical scenarios

Situations where we help

These are common scenarios, not Nubyron client cases.

  • Moving from manual to automated deployments

A team releases by hand and every version is a small event. We set up a pipeline that builds, tests and deploys, and leave it documented.

  • Moving an application to containers

An application lives on hand-configured servers. We package it with Docker and assess whether Kubernetes or a simpler managed service fits better.

  • Tidying a cluster nobody touches

A team has a cluster that grew without a plan and is scary to upgrade. We review it, move it to Terraform in phases and leave operating instructions.

06 · Platforms and technologies

On the provider you already use

“Kubernetes, containers and DevOps” on the platform you already use or want to move to: the service answers what your business needs.

  • Amazon Web Services (AWS)
  • Microsoft Azure
  • Google Cloud
  • Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
  • EKS
  • AKS
  • GKE
  • OKE
  • Kubernetes
  • Docker
  • Terraform
  • CI/CD

07 · For consultancies and tech teams

Specialist capacity for your projects

For consultancies, software factories and technology teams, we provide DevOps reinforcement on a project: CI/CD pipelines, Terraform or a Kubernetes platform their team needs to deliver. It is agreed as a work package with a written scope, integrated into their repository and way of working.

08 · FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do I need Kubernetes?

Not always. If your case is solved with something simpler, we will say so. We recommend tools by need, not fashion.

Do you work with our team or replace it?

We work alongside it. The goal is for your team to understand and maintain what we leave behind.

What access do you need and how is it protected?

The minimum for each phase, in your accounts and in writing. We prefer temporary, limited permissions and remove them when we finish. We do not store credentials outside your systems.

Does it work on AWS, Azure, Google Cloud and OCI?

Yes, with managed Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, GKE and, depending on the case, OKE) and Terraform as a common tool. Each cloud's resources differ, and we account for that.

How do we engage you, and what happens afterwards?

We agree a written scope, for example a pipeline, a platform or a move to containers. At the end your team keeps the code, the documentation and the option to ask us for follow-up support.
