Cloud & Platform Engineer
Design, build and improve production-grade cloud platforms that product teams can operate with full autonomy, without relying on a single expert.
Key responsibilities
- Design and provision multi-account landing zones with Terraform or OpenTofu, covering networking, identity (IAM), VPCs and access controls.
- Build and maintain reproducible, secure and auditable deployment pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, ArgoCD/Flux).
- Define platform standards: naming conventions, reusable IaC modules and clear technical documentation for internal teams.
- Collaborate directly with Nubyron's senior technical team to make justified and traceable architecture decisions.
Requirements
- Strong, demonstrable experience with AWS, Azure or Google Cloud (minimum 3 production projects).
- Mastery of Terraform / OpenTofu; Pulumi or CDK experience valued.
- Cloud security knowledge: least-privilege IAM, CIS Benchmarks, secrets management.
- Clear technical communication skills in Spanish and English, written and verbal.
- Active freelance / self-employed status with the ability to invoice from Spain or Europe.
