Cloud architecture review

A senior second opinion on whether your architecture holds up: that it does not fall over, is protected, can be operated and performs.

The price depends on scope: we agree it in writing after a 30-minute call.

  • In your accountsWe work with access that you create and control.
  • Scope in writingYou know what is and is not included before we start.
  • Everything documentedWhen we finish, the knowledge stays with your team.

01 · When it fits

Does any of this sound familiar?

  1. If one component fails, you do not know what else goes down with it or how long recovery would take.

  2. One person or one vendor designed the architecture, and nobody else has looked at it.

  3. The diagrams, if they exist, do not match what is deployed.

  4. A traffic peak, a launch or an audit is coming and you do not know whether the design can take it.

It fits especially if…

  • You are about to scale, launch something important or change team and want to know whether the foundation holds
  • One person or one vendor designed the architecture and you want an independent second opinion (it is not an audit or a certification)

02 · What you receive

What we deliver

This is what you receive with “Cloud architecture review”:

  • A diagram of how your architecture looks today

  • What we found on reliability, security, operations and performance, from most to least urgent

  • The points where a single failure takes everything down, and the risks to your recovery

  • An action plan and a session with your team to walk through it

03 · How we work

How we work, step by step

  1. We agree the scope

We agree which systems we look at, which documentation you share and, if needed, which read-only access we need.

  2. We understand how it is built

We read the documentation and diagrams, and talk to whoever knows the system to rebuild how it really works.

  3. We analyse it

We compare the design against reliability, security, operations and performance, and rank what we find by risk.

  4. We tell you about it

We hand you the report, explain it to your team and answer questions. If there was any access, it is withdrawn at the end.

06 · FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How is it different from the infrastructure review?

The architecture review looks at the design: how the pieces fit, what happens when one fails and whether the environment can grow. The infrastructure review walks through your accounts looking for excess permissions, forgotten resources and clutter. You can engage one, the other or both.

Do you need access to production?

No, and never to change anything. We start from your documentation and, if needed, from read-only access that we define in writing. And we never ask for credentials through the form.

What happens after the report?

You decide: apply the plan with your team, ask us to help with some actions as separate work, or leave it there.

Shall we talk about cloud architecture review?

A first 30-minute conversation with a technical member of the team: we review your context, assess whether we can help and agree the next step. You do not need to prepare anything.

What are you interested in?

Please use your company email.

Tell us about your environment and what you want to solve (at least 15 characters). With the FinOps audit you can leave it empty. Do not include credentials, third-party personal data or confidential client information.

Do not include passwords, access keys, tokens or credentials in this form. We never ask for them here. Read-only access is set up later, with your IT team.
